Shape Discovery

Objective

Reconstruct a mysterious convex polygon by selecting and placing the correct pieces from a mixed pile of real and fake pieces!

How to Play

1. Choose Your Level (1-5): Higher levels have more pieces and smarter AI opponents.
2. Take Turns: You and your bunny partner L alternate selecting pieces from the pile.
3. Select a Piece: Click on a piece from the available pile on the right.
4. Position the Piece:
   • Use Arrow Keys (↑↓←→) to move the piece
   • Use < and > keys to rotate the piece
5. Lock it In: When you think the piece is correctly positioned, click the flashing DONE button.
6. Right or Wrong:
   • ✅ If correct and well-positioned, the piece locks in place!
   • ❌ If wrong, the piece returns to the pile.
7. Complete the Shape: Continue until all correct pieces are placed.
8. Name the Polygon: At the end, try to identify the polygon shape!

Geometric Clues

Each polygon piece shows all but one of its internal angles. Use your knowledge of polygon angle sums to deduce the missing angle!

Formula: Sum of interior angles = (n - 2) × 180°, where n is the number of sides.

Canvas Controls

• Zoom In/Out: Mouse wheel or +/- buttons (50-400%)
• Pan: Right-click and drag the canvas
• Reset View: Click the reset button
• Angle Display: Visible only when zoomed above 150%

Piece Filters

• All: Show all available pieces
• △: Show only triangles (3 sides)
• ◇: Show only quadrilaterals (4 sides)
• ⬠: Show only pentagons (5 sides)
• 6+: Show only hexagons and larger (6+ sides)

Tips

• Look for parallel edges and matching angles
• Pay attention to the hints and questions during your turn
• Some pieces are fake—they look similar but won't fit!
• Use zoom and pan to examine details closely
